購物流程

Shopping Process

  1. 將商品加入購物車
  2. 選擇結帳付款方式
  3. 填寫送貨資料
  4. 進行付款
  5. 完成訂購

訂單送出後,系統將立即進行付款處理。完成後您將收到「訂單通知信」確認訂單內容,付款成功後再收到「付款成功通知信」,訂購程序至此告完。

收到付款確認後,我們將立即安排出貨,並於 7 個工作天內(不含週末與國定假日)完成。出貨後系統將寄送「出貨通知信」至您的 Email,並附上包裹追蹤號碼。

台灣訂單選擇超商配送時,請留意超商包裹有材積重量限制。若咖啡豆購買數量較多,建議改選宅配服務。若訂單超出超商材積重量上限,系統將取消訂單,需重新下訂並選擇其他配送方式,重新訂購以當下官網顯示之庫存與價格為準。

本站所有配送方式均無法指定到貨時間。

寄送香港採順豐速運,可能額外收取 20 港幣服務費,建議選擇退回就近取貨站自行領取,可省去額外費用。

商品加入購物車後,請於購物車頁面選取配送國家/地區,系統將自動計算運費(含郵資與包材處理費)。達免運門檻時,系統將自動套用。

出貨作業時間

Processing & Dispatch Time

noon 的咖啡豆皆為新鮮烘焙,預計於 7 個工作天內完成出貨。出貨後將寄送 Email 通知。

若訂購時間逢週末或國定假日,將順延至工作日起算。

退換貨說明

七天鑑賞期
  • 收到商品後享有自到貨日起 7 天鑑賞期(含例假日)。鑑賞期非試用期,逾期恕不受理。
  • 本品為食品類商品,基於衛生安全考量,外包裝一經拆封,恕無法辦理退貨。
  • 退貨商品須為全新且包裝完整狀態。如購買時附有贈品,請一併退回並保持完整品質;未退回贈品者恕無法受理。
  • 收到商品如有品質瑕疵、破損或短缺,請於到貨後 3 天內來信說明原因並附上照片,我們將盡快協助處理。
  • 境外配送訂單不提供退換貨服務,且需自行承擔未到貨之風險,下單前請確認接受此條件。
  • 申請退換貨後,請向貨運人員索取收件單據並妥善保留,以利後續查詢。

線上僅接受全數退貨申請。退貨運費由買家自行負擔;若因配送品項錯誤產生之退貨,運費由本公司承擔。

  • 配送過程造成商品包裝毀損
  • 商品有瑕疵或品質異常

換貨委託物流商進行,無法指定換貨時間,且不上樓換貨。屆時請接聽物流士電話,並於一樓備妥商品。

  • 對帳或退款等款項問題,請備妥訂單編號與訂購日期來訊聯繫。

  5. Order confirmed

Payment is processed immediately upon order submission. You will receive an Order Notification email confirming your order details, followed by a Payment Confirmation email once payment is successful. This completes the ordering process.

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be dispatched within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A Shipping Notification email with your tracking number will be sent once the parcel is on its way.

Payment is processed through PayUni. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your payment security.

Shipping Methods

  • Taiwan & Outlying Islands: Home delivery or convenience store pickup (7-ELEVEN)
  • International: Home delivery

International shipping is currently available to: Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, and South Korea.

If your country is not listed, please contact us via the ChatBot window at the bottom right of this page, and we will help assess shipping rates and delivery feasibility.

For Taiwan orders shipped to convenience stores, please note that parcel size and weight limits apply. If you are ordering a larger quantity of coffee beans, we recommend selecting home delivery. Orders exceeding convenience store limits will be cancelled and must be re-placed with a different shipping method; re-orders are subject to current inventory and pricing on the website.

Scheduled delivery times are not available for any shipping method.

Shipping to Hong Kong is via SF Express and may incur an additional HKD 20 service fee. We recommend selecting pickup at the nearest SF collection point to avoid this charge.

Shipping Costs

  • Taiwan: NT$90 per order; free shipping on orders over NT$1,000
  • Taiwan Outlying Islands: NT$200 per order; free shipping on orders over NT$2,000

Once items are added to your cart, please select your delivery country / region on the cart page. Shipping costs (including postage and packaging) will be calculated automatically. Free shipping is applied automatically when the threshold is reached.

Processing & Dispatch Time

All coffee beans from noon are freshly roasted, with orders dispatched within 7 working days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your parcel is on its way.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Returns & Exchanges

For any return or exchange requests, please contact us via the ChatBot window at the bottom right of this page, and a member of our team will assist you.
Returns and exchanges may only proceed once confirmed by our customer service team.
Please do not ship items back on your own or bring them directly to our store.

Seven-Day Appreciation Period
  • A 7-day appreciation period (including weekends and public holidays) begins from the date of delivery. This is an appreciation period, not a trial period; requests submitted after this window cannot be accepted.
  • As our products are food items, returns cannot be accepted once the outer packaging has been opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Returned items must be in original, unopened, and complete condition. Any included gifts must also be returned in good condition; returns missing the gift items cannot be processed.
  • If items arrive defective, damaged, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue, and we will assist as quickly as possible.
  • Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders, and customers assume responsibility for non-delivery risks. Please confirm you accept these terms before placing an order.
  • Once a return or exchange has been arranged, please obtain and retain the courier's collection receipt for follow-up reference.

Online returns are accepted for full orders only. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except in cases where an incorrect item was dispatched, in which case shipping is covered by us.

Exchanges are arranged through a third-party logistics provider. Scheduled exchange times are not available, and upstairs delivery is not provided. Please be available to take the courier's call and have the items ready on the ground floor.

  • Our e-commerce team operates independently from in-store service. Please contact us via the ChatBot window at the bottom right of this page for online order inquiries, and we will assist you.
  • For billing or refund inquiries, please include your order number and order date when writing to us.
  • Deliberate order abandonment or refusal to accept delivery may result in account restrictions.
  • Scheduled delivery times are not available for any shipping method.
